Theodore Roosevelt National Park, South

Aloha Everyone,

The main characteristic of North Dakota is it is rural. People, like in South Dakota are nice and friendly. Went to Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We saw a herd of wild horses on a hillside.

Interestingly only 3 buffalo sitting on a meadowland. No coyote, brown bear, not even burros. Most thrilling was seeing a herd of wild horses on a hillside. A man and his wife who were from California, but now reside in Utah, told us that he saw mountain goats. He carried a Nikon with a large telephoto lens. One had to be patient to photograph wild animals and have a better equipment than my iPhone camera.
