My Healthy Breakfast Choices

Aloha Everyone,

I have great healthy breakfast choices in lieu of walnuts, almond, crackers and cheese.





This morning I ate Cinnamon Cheerios with fresh whole milk with reduced fat.


It was delicious and I’m afraid I over ate. The cereal boxes are Family Size. It would take me a while to consume these two cereals.
