Aloha Everyone,
Another 5 hours driving day to Evanston, Wyoming.
We went to Ichiban Restaurant, supposed to be a Japanese Steak House. One area of the restaurant was crowded with lots of cheers and drinking by Japanese speaking patrons.
J.J. and I sat in the quieter section of the place. The Indonesian waiter was delighted that we remembered him from a year and a half ago.
J.J. had Yakisoba while I ordered a veggie tempura. Large portion but far too greasy and too much breading. We stood up with most of our plates still intact. The restaurant manager looked confused why we didn’t want any takeaway boxes.
Anyway, I promised myself not to go another Ichiban Restaurant which seems to be popular for locals.
