Some express their sentiments via door decorations.
Ukulele class, Hula class, Lei Making class are being offered until the end of the cruise. Souvenir t-shirts with Hawaiian motifs and dresses are being picked up by passengers who want to take a part of their Hawaiian vacation home. Last minute professional portraits are being offered with many wearing flower leis. $99 for 5 poses and $50 per print is what I’ve overheard. Today there was increased frenzy of activities along the corridor where prints are displayed.
Here are some of our meals served during our Hawaiian cruise. After 22 days on board the Sapphire Princess, the two of us are beginning to repeat dishes. One of the disappointing facts is that the quality of food on the Sapphire Princess is low compared to the flagship and their newer ships. Still dining room staff’s service is excellent and their cheerful demeanor is always present making every passengers feel special.
