Aloha Everyone,It wasn’t the slowness of our WiFi connections in the Philippines which made us miss this year’s communications from OPTUM. They have changed their access apps which now are specified for laptops, iPhone and other mobile devices.
Following their prompts and searching for username and passwords that were not easily stored in our brains, J.J. and I were successful!
All my recent laboratory test results are available. I also managed to send an email to my Primary Care Physician, and she ordered a replacement prescription moving it from the previous health provider to OPTUM. Whew! That probably was an easy task to do for my granddaughter, but I congratulated myself for this latest technology achievement :-)
