Honu’s Catalytic Converter Replacement

Aloha Everyone,

It took 10 hours to replace Honu’s catalytic converter. According to mechanics who are familiar with Sprinter models, our particular year model have had challenges with catalytic converters. It is also our understanding that in order to meet new California air pollution regulations established circa 2009-2010, new catalytic converters were rushed including Honu’s year model. J.J. still needs to drive Honu at a high speed on an open highway for a couple of hours.

Hopefully mechanics at the All European Restoration Repair shop were able to resolve the problems related to the catalytic converter.

Today was windy and very cold. Too uncomfortable to walk outdoors. So instead I walked back and forth in the waiting room measuring approximately 20 feet one way.
