Many restaurants try to entice diners with mouthwatering descriptions of their menu items only to fall short on their promises.
One Canadian Chinese Restaurant owner is an anomaly to this practice. Feigang Feu, who owns Aunt Dai, a Chinese Restaurant in Montreal is atypical. We understand that virtually every dish his restaurant serves is accompanied by Fei’s candid opinion such as,”compared to XYZ dish, this is not that good.”
Some people drive all the way to Montreal for a chance to dine at his restaurant and laugh at refreshingly honest descriptions of his dishes.
