While on Oceania Regatta, J.J. and I watched several biographical documentaries.
Among these which stood out is Jeremiah Tower, an American celebrity chef who is credited with pioneering the culinary style known as California cuisine. His friends and colleagues Alice Waters and Wolfgang Puck’s relationship and bitter feelings he harbors is a sad and depressing ending to what was once a glorious career.
