Judy stayed at the REDAC Gateway Hotel, a hotel which caters towards a Japanese businessmen clientele. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance from some of the major multi-national companies such as Honda, Toyota, and Nissan whose employees from Japan frequently travel to visit their U.S. office.
Guest rooms seem to be still under renovation. Judy mentioned that her room was well appointed and comfortable but sound proofing also need updates. If you are a light sleeper, she added, you can hear people walking in the hallway or upstairs.
Breakfast seemed to be one of the best features of the hotel.
We really enjoyed Judy's stay, and J.J. and I were both sad to see her go back to the Big Island of Hawaii.
