Between the two of us, I am particularly cautious about what I eat. However that does not deter us from being adventurous whenever we dine out.
In St. George, J.J. and I were able to enjoy a variety of international cuisine. From the top: Albóndigas Soup (Mexican Meatball Soup), Pad Thai (stir-fried rice noodle dish with shrimp, Pad See Ew (vegetarian Thai noodle with fried tofu), tofu Pho (Vietnamese soup) J.J.’s meat Pho was less photogenic :-)
Then there are endless veggies and fruits on my vegetarian days while J.J. eats meat.
