He successfully completed the South Dakota driver’s license renewal process. Yesterday, the Department of Motor Vehicle was closed. He made an appointment online and prepared the required documents ahead of time.We are very impressed with the efficiency of SD-DMV. From the time he walked into the building, it took him less than 20 minutes to receive his new license which included vision examination and printing of the new card with his photo.
He paid a $28 fee which will be good for 5 years! Mine expires in October and I will be able to renew online anytime 6 months prior to my birthday.
We stopped by at America’s Mailbox, our mail forwarding service to update credit card information. J.J.’s concern of our water tanks freezing was alleviated by emptying the freshwater tank as well as black and gray water tanks.
The two of us celebrated these happy events with a good lunch at Olive Garden.
