One good thing about being in a familiar city is that we've already done our homework and have our favorite restaurants. Lunch at Mario's Pizza, we thoroughly enjoyed the vegetarian pizza and the side order of calamari.
My study of Tang Soo Do vocabulary is beginning to make sense. I carry the cue cards in my purse and glance at them whenever I find an opportunity.
We drove to the international pier to investigate potential parking lots for Honu for the duration of our one week cruise. Last year we left Honu parked in this RV resort. However even with the 50% reduced rate from our daily rate of $40, cost of round trip taxi eliminates any savings. On our return, J.J. took the route via old downtown where we saw some decorations being readied for the Mardi Gras balcony party.
Exceptionally beautiful afternoon, I stayed out to talk to my friends as I watched brown sea gulls dive for fish. The sun was out but the wind increased and it became too cold for comfort.
