Kimchi or Kimchee’s history in South Korea goes back more than two thousand years. It is a spicy, pickled vegetable made from cabbage, scallion, radish in a brine with garlic, ginger, and chili pepper.
Kimchi has a natural compound vital for maintaining your cells, muscles, nervous system, mood and maintaining memory. Kimchi is also rich in vitamin K that helps keep your bones from becoming brittle.
Two restaurants serving Kimchi are located within 15 minutes walking distance from our condo. Slightly different in Kimchi dishes but both meals were delicious.
