Aloha Everyone,Whether to add color and texture to brighten up our breakfast plates or as a great source of vitamins, I love fresh fruits, especially strawberries and blueberries. Tiny blueberries are also high in antioxidants and just a handful works as a great pick me up. It’s actually better than a cup of coffee before my morning walk.
