Walking on a Treadmill

Aloha Everyone,

I try to get at least 2 miles of walking at our hotel’s gym. Their exercise equipment gives many options from serious body building to yoga balls and mats for easy stretching. 



My favorite is a treadmill. I set my iPhone timer and start walking. I combine arm stretches and exaggerated knee lifts to gain the maximize benefits for both upper and lower body. 




After an hour on the treadmill, my iPhone activity app says that I completed 6,746 steps or 2.5 miles. I should be able to do 6-7 miles today.
