Aloha Everyone,
Today’s lunch get together with our friend, Sandra and her 9 years old son Andrew was very enjoyable. Our conversation was lively and at times philosophical about children, family, life and living.
Venue chosen was a rooftop restaurant called "Negroni" which has the same ownership as the hotel where we are staying. The surrounding views of Cuenca includes that of the new cathedral attracts many locals who stop to relax and enjoy leisurely Sunday lunch after church services.
Sudden pouring rain sprayed guests who preferred outdoor tables. While our views from the interior seating were somewhat compromised, we were grateful for staying warm and not getting wet.
