Arnis is Filipino martial arts incorporating elements from Western and Eastern personal defense. Battle styles and skills were developed by native warriors. Not only did they have to learn to allocate, prioritize and use readily available resources but achieve winning political and social goals.In the photo, the man who is wearing plain white shirt and black pants is the person who was instructing others.
Paddle Ball is popular sports world wide. It is played on a court that is half the size of a tennis court. They use paddle racquets made of wood or graphite with holes to reduce air friction. The game J.J. and I watched was played in doubles with 4 players. Paddle Ball is a fast paced game requiring skill, speed and stamina.
