Magical and Mystical Oregon Coast

Aloha Everyone,

A cape in geography means a large promontory or sometime referred a to as a headland that extends into a body of water. Today we took the Four Capes Scenic Route. The morning's dense fog has lifted and J.J. negotiated Honu through one of the most spectacular segment of the Oregon Coast.

By early afternoon, we were back at the Sunset Bay State Park about 12 miles from Coo's Bay.

No phone service, no WiFi but it is a beautiful park surrounded by tall trees just a short walk to the beach. It is a place where one can get in touch with one's self.

For dinner, we drove into town to revisit the Captain's Choice Seafood Restaurant in Coo's Bay. J.J. said that his favorite Oyster dinner was just as excellent as he remembered.
