Belmont Shore is a beach-side community in Long Beach to more than 230 plus businesses including restaurants, cafés , bars and boutiques. Within about 3 short blocks on E 2nd Street were bustling with humanity. cars and dogs. Yes, dogs of all sizes and shapes were out with their owners enjoying one of the "perfect" Southern California's August afternoon.
