A Day of Reflection

Aloha Everyone,

Today J.J. and I enjoyed solitude amidst each other's company. I have a large personal space, approximately 3,000 square feet to practice  meditation, yoga and juggling. Enclosed by nearly 6 feet tall hedge on the north and the south ends and thick growth of Douglas Fir trees with under-growth of flowering shrubs on the west, this site offers privacy and seclusion and yes, a positive energy.

Please enjoy some of my favorite quotes regarding solitude, silence and reflection.

'All true great thoughts are conceived while walking."
-- Fredrick Nietzsche

"See how nature - trees, flowers, grass - grows in silence.  See the stars, the moon and the sun - how they move in silence. We need silence to be able to touch soul."
-- Mother Teresa

"There are three principal means of acquiring knowledge:  observation of nature, reflection and experimentation.  Observation collects facts, reflection combines them, experimentation verifies the result of that combination."
-- Denis Diderot

Wishing that you will also enjoy a day of reflection.

Aloha -- Cathi
